In retainers .... finally

What can I say? It's been a long long time coming...

Since my last post I've finished refinement 3. I've had indentations made in my final refinement tray 3. I've waited and waited and waited and am now finally in retainers. They're a bit bulky and awkward and I am told I need to wear them full time for the next month and only nightly after that. I've cheated a little given that I was in my last set of invisalign for so long so I don't always brush after lunch but I do wear them somewhere in the range of 18 hours per day.

I will post pics when I get a chance...

  2. Hello, I love your blog, I found it when I was on Invisalign and planning my wedding. I had to go through one set of refinements, 10 trays. I'm on my 8+ at the moment. The "overcorrection." I hope it works! Keep posting and blogging, I'm a fan!

  3. Hello
I just started looking around for a good ortho and had my first consultation today and was blown away with the quote of almost $7000 and my teeth are not even that bad. I was hoping you can refer your ortho as I live in Edmonton too.
    Thank you
    Michelle :)

  4. I think your teeth look great, thanks so much for keeping your blog, I'm 55 and had braces in teenage years but no retainers and they slipped back. Mine are very like yours were when you started, but slightly more crowded I think and it's given me real hope and reassurance seeing your photos - I'm sure now that I'm doing the right thing, just 2 days into my training 1st set - 29 more sets to go!

  5. Wow, you had 3 sets of refinement trays? What an interesting experience you've had. Would you consider writing a review on our new Invisalign Reviews site (http://www.Invisalign-Reviews.com)?

Your case seems to be quite unusual and it would be great if more people knew about what could happen. Of course, you can link back to your blog too, so people can read about your journey in detail.

Thanks, and we'll hopefully hear from you soon!

    Cheers,
